This new book charts the story of Stone Island with over 300 iconic images of garments from the Stone Island archives.
Titled Stone Island, Archivio '982–'012, the book is an illustrated history of Stone Island, visually exploring the brand's extensive archive that includes over 20,000 garments created by Stone Island founder Carlo Rivetti as he sought to shift the technical clothing paradigm. Archivio '982'012 recounts three decades of exploration and experimentation in clothing, which ash resulted in some of the most advanced garments currently available.
The book will be launched at flagship Stone Island stores across the globe - Milan (20th September), Verona (27th September), Roma (28th September) and London (11th October) – and will go on general sale from the 11th of October.
